Robert J. Moore, the head of Magento Business Intelligence at Magento, announced this week that Magento Analytics is now Business Intelligence. Robert believes that modern merchants are in need of data that is more that transaction records and web traffic etc. What they need is business intelligence, and you can read all about it here.

Also announced in the same week by Robert J. Moore is the introduction of NRF 2017, the analytics playbook for the high growth merchants. The playbook sheds light on what the fastest-growing merchants have in common and you can benefit immensely from it!
