Good day Magenticians. We hope the proverbial cash machine of your Magento store has been making the “cha-ching” sound quite often this past week. Here we are with the Magento news weekly round up.

Let’s start with the Big Apple. Meet Magento, in collaboration with Atwix and Interactiv4, is holding a conference event in New York City. This is a great chance for merchants to promote their store in one of the most important markets in the world. The nice folks over at Magento conducted a webinar to let you See Magento Enterprise Edition 2.1 in Action. The webinar discusses some awesome new features to help you increase sales and make the process easier generally. The changes to the Magento admin are mentioned, as well as the new content staging and preview capability.

When you think of Magento, it is often considered a B2C online commerce software. But recently, Magento Commerce has had a stellar second quarter in terms of B2B clients, adding 50 of them. The B2B ecosystem has its own intricacies, and Magento Commerce deals with it in the best manner. The extensive report which you are provided by the Profiler lets you see which process is contributing the most to the load time, thus allowing you to tackle the issue. Fayyaz shows you how to enable, and then use the Profiler for debugging purpose.

In Product links on Magento CSV import, Zoran Blagojevic presents us with the solution to a real-world business problem which he dealt with. He shows us how to add a functionality to the Magento CSV product import to prevent duplication of any attribute when importing a large number of products. Zoran’s method shows us if any attribute of any of the products being imported is already present in our database, and how to jump to it via link.

Wajid Hussain interviewed an experienced Italian Magentician. “Magento 2 Is Just Amazing,” Says Riccardo Tempesta Of Idealia Group. Riccardo talks about how he started using Magento, offers advice to youngsters, and offers his views on Magento 2.
